The Orchards

A sophisticated collection of contemporary interiors designed to showcase the quality, lifestyle and individuality of The Orchards, with refined palettes, considered furnishings and layered styling across four distinctive display apartments.

The Orchards | Display Apartments

Working with Sekisui House, Domus Interiors delivered the furnishing and styling of four display apartments at The Orchards in Norwest, creating distinct interior schemes that reflect the quality, scale and lifestyle of the development while maintaining a cohesive design language across the collection.

Each apartment was thoughtfully designed with a refined palette, natural textures, sculptural forms and layered styling, creating sophisticated interiors that feel elevated, welcoming and highly liveable. The schemes were developed to complement the architecture and provide prospective purchasers with a clear sense of how the apartments could be experienced as a finished home.

Domus Interiors managed the complete furnishing and styling process across all four apartments, from furniture and lighting selection through to sourcing, procurement, logistics, installation and final styling. Delivered as a coordinated multi-apartment project, the result is a cohesive collection of sophisticated display environments that showcase the quality and lifestyle offering of The Orchards.

"We had a really great experience working with Domus Interiors. From the start they took the time to understand what we liked and how we actually live in the space, which made a big difference. They suggested pieces and layouts that we probably wouldn’t have thought of ourselves, but everything ended up working perfectly together. The whole place now feels much more finished and cohesive. It was also just really easy dealing with them throughout the process."
